What to include

To help resolve issues quickly, it is useful if you include:

  • Your device model and iOS version.
  • The FilmForever app version (found in Settings inside the app).
  • A short description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
  • Whether the problem happens every time or only sometimes.

A few quick answers

Does FilmForever back up my data?
FilmForever stores your data locally on your device. If you use iCloud backups for your iPhone, your FilmForever data will be included in those device backups according to your system settings.

Do you see my rolls or notes?
No. The app does not upload your film rolls, notes, or exposure data to any external server operated by the developer.

What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting the app from your device will remove the local data stored by FilmForever. Make sure you have device or system backups if your notes and logs are important to you.
